Returns Policy

At THE M|N|ML we understand that shopping online can be a little daunting.

While we do our best to make sure our styles and sizes are true reflections of the real life item, we understand that some things may not be 100% all the time. Which is where our returns policy comes in.   

Please read the policy below thoroughly but if you have any further queries or need help (or you just want to chat) please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@themnml.com.au.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item/s must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn/unused and unwashed.

Please be sure to inspect and try on your garment as soon as possible after receiving your order.

If you find any issues that warrant a return or you need to exchange for another size, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

REFUNDS

We only offer refunds for manufacturing faults on full priced items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please lodge your return request within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Using our contact page or by emailing info@themnml.com.au, please state your invoice number and reason for return. Once your return request is received and approved a member of our customer service team will be in touch with an Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and further instruction on where to send your return.

We aim to reply to all emails within 24hrs.

Any items sent back to THE M|N|ML HQ without an RA# will not be accepted.

Once you have received an RA# you have 14 days to return your item to THE M|N|ML HQ. Any items received that are not post marked within 14 day of RA# receipt, will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.

Once we have received your item a member of our customer service team will process it through our return authorisation procedure. You will then be notified of your approval or rejection of a refund.

The cost of postage is non-refundable.

All items sold on sale are not eligible for a refund.

When returning your item/s you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot take responsibility for any lost packages.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges or store credits for full priced or discounted items, unless otherwise stated. We do not offer exchanges or credits for change of mind.

If you require a different size we will happily exchange your item for a preferred size. If your preferred size is sold out you may exchange for a different style in your preferred size, alternatively we will provide you with a store credit equal to the original purchased amount.

Store credits are valid for 6 months.

Please lodge your return request within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Your exchange will be sent back to you via standard shipping. Standard shipping time frames apply to your location.

If you require your item/s urgently we can arrange for your exchange to be shipping via express post at your own cost.

When returning your item/s you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturer fault or is defective, please contact within 7 days of receipt. Once you receive an RA# you may return the item within 14 days for it to be inspected by our quality control specialists.

Faulty items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please refer to our EXCHANGES section above for further information.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Exchange policy applies and return time frames apply.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any exchange or refund requests must be initiated by the original purchaser.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Please see EXCHANGE policy for further information.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have been approved for a refund please allow 48hrs for transaction to be cleared. Depending on your bank this may take longer. If you refund is issued over the weekend, your refund should clear 48hrs from the next business day.

If you haven’t received a refund after 48hrs please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
